We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Application Engineers for shop floor work. Position Summary: As an Application Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting shop floor activities, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and systems. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a BTech or BE in Mechanical Engineering, and freshers are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Shop Floor Support: Provide technical assistance and support for shop floor operations, ensuring smooth functioning of machinery and systems. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Installation and Maintenance: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to shop floor activities, ensuring compliance with company standards. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BTech/BE). Strong academic background and a passion for mechanical systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
