Full Time
Design and develop robotic and automation systems integrating mechanical, electrical, and software elements. Conceptualize and build custom machines for part handling, loading/unloading, and in-machine automation. Create automation solutions using robotics, vision systems , and PLC programming . Lead full project cycles from concept design prototyping deployment . Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery. Troubleshoot and optimize systems for maximum uptime and performance . Maintain clear technical documentation and offer ongoing support . Qualifications & Skills Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering , or a related field. 5–10 years of hands-on experience in robotics, industrial automation , and custom machine building . Proven experience in robotics, automation, or machine building . Strong hands-on skills in design and integration . Proficiency with control systems, sensors, robotics platforms , and vision systems . A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
