1. Support, manage and enhance various in-house developed applications.
2. Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
3. Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.
4. Consulting with the software development team, internal users to improve application performance.
5. Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
6. Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns.
7. Manage large amounts of data using MSSQL, MySQL and MS EXCEL.
8. Generate MIS Reports for various applications.
9. Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
10. Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
1. Qualification - MCA / M.Sc.(IT) / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc.(IT)
2. Certification in MS EXCEL, MSSQL, MySQL, PHP. Power BI will be a plus.
3. 2-4 Years of relevant experience
4. Practical Experience in Databases (MSSQL, MySQL etc.)
5. Experience in Application Support & Ticketing Tools.
6. Experience with MIS Reports and MS Excel.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
9. Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor application performance.
