Application Engineer

Role Overview: You will be a member of the Blueprint for Enterprise Apps team at Pegasystems, contributing to end-to-end product development for the Pega Blueprint for Enterprise Applications product. Your responsibilities will include participating in the design and development of features, collaborating with product management and application teams, actively engaging in Scrum processes, taking ownership of components/tasks, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the design and development of features for the Pega Blueprint for Enterprise Applications product - Collaborate with product management and application teams to deliver high-performance solutions - Participate actively in Scrum processes and take ownership of components/tasks - Ensure delivery with great quality by leveraging cutting-edge Pega technology Qualifications Required: - Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology - 3-4 years of software development experience - Strong technical foundation in Object-Oriented Programming and Design - Experience with Java, HTML-CSS, Javascript, and REST services - Knowledge of Pega or any low-code platform, REACT JS, or equivalent technologies is advantageous - Problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring emerging technologies - Exposure to low-code development is desired Additional Details: At Pega, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning and development.
