Application Engineer- Electrical

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Electrical Engineering and a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with installation, configuration, integrations, and performance tuning of E&I Electrical Designer software. You will work closely with customers, partners, and other technical team members to provide recommendations, best practices, and explore solutions to customer problems and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct software installations, demonstrations, user training, and provide technical support to clients.
• Deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the capabilities of our software.
• Possess strong visualization skills and the ability to work on projects of a complex nature.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience with Electrical Engineering projects or Electrical software Product support.
• He / She should have a good knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation engineering and core fundamentals of discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly professional conduct in interactions with both customers and team members.
• Familiarity with the latest versions of EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD (2D and 3D environment), or similar Electrical design software.
• Candidates should have worked on projects using AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical / Eplan / Other Electrical CAD software used in Electrical Design and Engineering,
• Previous experience in providing customer support for software implementation, upgradation, and maintenance.
• Demonstrate a proactive and problem-solving attitude to effectively resolve technical issues.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
