Application Development & Support Analyst - EMS Technical Analyst

As an EMS Technical Analyst at Vertiv, your role will involve managing, developing, and supporting the Entitlement Management System application, Thales Sentinel. You will be responsible for day-to-day development and administration tasks on the EMS platform, including user administration, development backlog management, configuration review, and issue resolution. Additionally, you will work on upgrades, enhancements, defects, and new functionality implementation efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Provide development and administrative support for all areas of EMS at Vertiv - Perform development on backlog items related to enhancements and defects - Support integrations of EMS with other platforms, specifically Oracle - Implement requirements using Workflow, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, Orchestration, and other EMS supported configurations - Act as a liaison between various teams to drive enhancements and contribute to creating Functional Requirement Documentation - Analyze and resolve production configuration issues and functional gaps - Generate and maintain documentation for system changes and review team documentation for accuracy - Collaborate with teams to estimate delivery timelines, resource needs, and identify risks & issues - Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, manage task assignments, and take ownership of deliverables - Monitor and drive issue resolution, participate in validation/testing, and ensure compliance with International Trade Compliance regulations Qualifications Required: - 2 years of experience working with EMS software - International experience is a plus - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Good command of English - Exposure to EMS applications and Oracle Cloud/CRM/ERP - Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies - Ability to build integrations (SOAP/REST) for communication with other platforms - Strong multitasking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and documentation skills - Knowledge of ITIL v3 is advantageous - Willingness to move beyond comfort zone and adapt to changing deadlines and workflows,
