The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Canvas applications while collaborating with business teams to deliver effective solutions. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to adapt to a process-oriented environment.

Must-Have Skillsets (Mandatory):

- Proficiency in Canvas Application development and customization.

- Strong experience with the Power Platform and Dataverse.

- Ability to independently analyze, design, plan, and develop solutions based on business requirements.

- Understanding of system architecture and involvement in technical upgrade activities.

- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.

- Commitment to ownership and teamwork, with the ability to work independently.

Good-to-Have Skillsets (Optional):

- Experience in collaborating with business teams to understand both functional and non-functional requirements.

- Knowledge of process-oriented environments and the ability to adapt to flexible working hours.

- Proven ability to participate effectively across all project phases, from analysis to development.

Qualifications Experience:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Canvas Application development and customization.

- Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor and take ownership of tasks.

- Experience in day-to-day application development activities with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
