Application Developer – Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Application Developer with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements. This role requires strong technical and functional knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll to drive implementation, configuration, and integrations . The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as an SME and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient performance. Take responsibility for team decisions and key project deliverables . Engage with multiple teams and contribute to strategic decisions. Design, develop, and implement application modules based on business needs. Gather and analyze user requirements for application enhancements. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain high-quality code. Develop technical documentation , including design specifications and user manuals . Required Skills & Qualifications: Must Have: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll . Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation and configuration . Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functionalities and modules . Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll integration with other systems. Experience in designing and developing custom reports and interfaces for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Good to Have: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules . Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula development . Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud security and role-based access control . Additional Information: Minimum 7.5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll . Strong educational background with 15 years of full-time education . Location: Chennai.
