Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with 8-10 years of expertise in the Cybersecurity domain. The role involves both technical and non-technical sales, requiring strong business development, client relationship management, and cybersecurity solution selling skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and positioning the company as a leading cybersecurity service provider. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development (Technical & Non-Technical) Identify, develop, and close new cybersecurity business opportunities across various industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, IT Heads, and Security Decision Makers. Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept discussions. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity products and services. Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives. Technical Sales (For Candidates with a Technical Background) Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, including SIEM, SOC, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, IAM, Risk & Compliance, and Managed Security Services. Work with pre-sales and technical teams to create tailored security solutions for clients. Address client security concerns, handle technical objections, and design custom solutions. Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats to advise customers. Non-Technical Sales (For Candidates with a Business Background) Strong understanding of cybersecurity industry trends, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS), and enterprise security challenges. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop security-specific campaigns and branding strategies. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with enterprise clients and vendors. Build strategic partnerships with cybersecurity OEMs, resellers, and distributors. Market Expansion & Growth Strategy Identify new target markets, industry verticals, and customer segments. Conduct competitive analysis and position company solutions effectively. Leverage networking events, cybersecurity summits, and industry forums to build brand presence. Work closely with internal teams (Pre-sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product teams) to align sales efforts with company objectives. Key Skills & Experience Required: 8-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. Proven expertise in selling cybersecurity solutions, consulting services, or managed security services. Strong network and connections with CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and key decision-makers. Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, regulatory requirements, and security frameworks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience in managing large enterprise accounts and government projects is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and cybersecurity product sales cycles. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory): CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, Security+, or equivalent sales certifications in cybersecurity solutions.
