Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions - Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications Development - Strong understanding of database design and development - Proficient in writing complex PLSQL queries and procedures - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of PLSQL code - Knowledge of Oracle database architecture and data modeling Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL) - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required Show more Show less
