Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of SAP TM Transportation Management solutions. - Ensure the applications meet business requirements and are scalable. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Strong understanding of SAP TM functionalities. - Experience in SAP TM implementation projects. - Knowledge of SAP TM integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in SAP TM customization and configuration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
