Your day will involve collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure seamless application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges - Implement best practices for application development - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator ,Tosca DBs. - Strong understanding of database performance tuning - Experience in database security management - Knowledge of Oracle RAC and Data Guard - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA) - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full-time education is required
