You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the application design process and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Ensure the application design meets quality standards and is aligned with best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow applications. - Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Solid grasp of ITIL framework and IT service management processes. - Experience in developing workflows and automation in ServiceNow. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
