You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of applications to enhance business efficiency and productivity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications to meet specific business needs. - Implement and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Web Components. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and customization. - Experience in Salesforce integration with third-party systems. - Knowledge of Apex programming language and Visualforce pages. - Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
