Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have Skills :Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture, SSI: NON SSI:Good to Have Skills :SSI:No Technology Specialization NON SSI :Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities :Oracle CCB Scrum MasterMinimum Experience of 10 years in either Oracle Utilities Customer Care Billing CCB, Customer to Meter C2M, Meter Data Management MDM or Customer Cloud Service CCS with experience in end-to-end implementationsProven track record with lead roles in CIS implementation engagements At least 4 CCB/C2M/CCS/MDM implementation/upgrade experience Technical Experience : Lead and coach the development team and product owner in Agile and Scrum practices, guiding them to uphold the principles and values of the framework Conduct Scrum events, which encompass daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, with an emphasis on effectiveness, focus, and adherence to time-boxing Collaborate closely with the product owner to sustain a well-refined backlog, prioritize user stories, and establish a clear comprehension of the product visionProfessional Attributes : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience Certified Scrum Master CSM or an equivalent Agile certification Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master within a software development environment, preferably possessing familiarity with Oracle techEducational Qualification:Minimum 15 years of full-time education Degree in Engineering will be a plusAdditional Info :At least 6 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in utility projects or similar complex envi
