Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationAbout The Role :We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS R12 Consultant to design and deliver Lot Cost Reports within the OPM Costing framework for a metals industry implementation. The role focuses on enabling accurate cost visibility at the lot level, supporting financial reporting and analysis, and compliance.Responsibilities:Design and develop Lot Cost Reports using Oracle OPM Costing data structures.Collaborate with costing and finance teams to define reporting requirements and KPIs.Extract and present cost components including material, resource, overhead, and variances at the lot level.Support data validation, enrichment, and reconciliation during implementation.Work with technical teams to build custom reports and dashboards aligned with business needs.Document report logic, data sources, and user guides for stakeholders.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of Oracle EBS R12 experience, with deep knowledge of OPM Costing and Lot-based inventory.Experience in report development using Oracle tools (Power BI, Web ADI or custom SQL).Understanding of metals manufacturing costing practices and lot traceability.Strong analytical and communication skills.Experienced and comfortable working in Agile project environments, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
