You will collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead and mentor junior professionals in the team.- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.- Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes.- Experience with ETL tools and data migration strategies.- Knowledge of Workday HCM and Financials modules.- Hands-on experience in developing Workday reports and dashboards. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A mandatory Workday Related certification is required.
