Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : PeopleSoft PeopleTools Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using PeopleSoft PeopleTools. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:a Be a expert team member, helping other technical developerb Helps in designing strategy for new enhancement requests and adoption of new features in Peoplesoft 9.2c Coordinates with Functional/Business team and transformation team to translate business requirement to technical document and diagramd Resolve tickets, design and build Extensions, Interfaces and Reports for Payroll for North America (NA Payroll)e Design and build batch programs in Payroll and fix/update existing batch programs Professional & Technical Skills:a Must be expert in PeopleSoft PeopleTools HCM.b Good Knowledge in AppEngine, SQR, Component Interfaces, AppDesigner, Peoplecode, XML Publisher and Application Packages and have exposure to COBOL debugging.c Good Functional knowledge in Peoplesoft Payroll for North America (NA Payroll)d Good working experience on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54 or abovee Good Knowledge in Oracle SQL/PL SQLf Good experience of working on Production Support, conversion and/or Implementation projects Professional Attributes:a Team Player b Excellent Communication Skill c Quick Learner d Contributor Educational Qualification:Minimum 15 years of full-time education Additional Information: Ready to work in shifts on Rotational basis Qualifications Minimum 15 years of full time education
