Must have skills : Agile Program Management Good to have skills : Extract Transform & Lo Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 Year Summary :As an Agile Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to agile principles and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and product owners, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices, including continuous improvement, transparency, and customer focus. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and ensuring project success. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Agile Program Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Waterfall or DevOps. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects. Experience in project management tools, such as JIRA or Trello. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Program Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
