Project Role :Application Developer

Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Your typical day will involve analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization using Workday Core Integrations and Workday Advanced Reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the analysis and design/re-design of business processes and/or defining parts of an organization using Workday Core Integrations and Workday Advanced Reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business processes and/or organizational changes.

Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Core Integrations and Workday Advanced Reporting to support the implementation of activities for a specific business function.

Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project documentation to ensure successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Workday Advanced Reporting, Workday Core Integrations.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Financials.

Strong understanding of business processes and organizational design.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations and Workday Advanced Reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in technology consulting, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.QualificationReporting resource with Adaptive skillset Adaptive certification preferred
