Summary :As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Workday Core HCM. Your typical day will involve working with Workday Core Compensation and Workday Base Comp to develop and maintain applications that meet the needs of our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, build, and configure applications using Workday Core HCM to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain applications that meet the needs of our clients. Ensure that applications are designed and built to meet performance, security, and usability requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed and maintained by the team. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Workday Core HCM, Workday Core Compensation, Workday Base Comp. Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using Workday Core HCM. Strong understanding of Workday Core Compensation and Workday Base Comp. Experience in developing and maintaining applications that meet performance, security, and usability requirements. Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed and maintained by the team. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
