You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to enhance business operations and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed.- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and enhance user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.- Experience in implementing and managing IT infrastructure services.- Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of cloud computing technologies.- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
