Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : Kronos Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 1 Minimum 15 years of fulltime Education Key Responsibilities 1 Collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders in supporting time and attendance service delivery and sharing best practices. 2 Develop and manage strategic solutions for process, identifying overall needs. 3 Work closely with local time SMEs in driving initiatives and enhancements 4 Prepare local and global guidelines & instructions for time and attendance process. 5 Delivering training for new time SMEs or when new features are released. 6 Supporting and creation of standard and ad hoc reports and answering questions from time SMEs. 7 Receive and act on error notifications generated by integrations. 8 Prepare local and global guidelines & instructions for time and attendance process. 9 Ability to support customer questions quickly and proactively regarding T&A. Technical Experience 1.Must to have :Kronos a.Must have hands on experience with the Business process setup. b.Must have created and modified existing UKG business processes. 2.Good to have :functional skill with hands on with config in UKG Dimensions\Pro product in WFM UKG Workforce Management Functional 3.Good to have:Foundation setup of Business structure, Implementation experience with UKG Dimensions for setting up Schedule, Accrual, Leave, Pay Policies, Attestation, Time keeping, People Information. 4.Good to have:Setting up the security profiles, i.e. Access profiles, Functional Access profile, Generic Data Access profile. Professional Attributes 1. Excellent interpersonal skills 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills 3. Maintains composure with professional etiquette in supporting and resolving customer challenges. 4. Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
