Must have skills : SAP HCM Payroll Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : btech Summary :As an Application Developer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using your expertise in SAP HCM Payroll. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure SAP HCM Payroll applications to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. Provide technical expertise in SAP HCM Payroll to support the development of new applications and the maintenance of existing applications. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP HCM Payroll. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and SAP ABAP. Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes and configuration. Experience with SAP HCM Payroll integration with other SAP modules. Experience with SAP HCM Payroll reporting and analytics. Solid grasp of software development methodologies and tools, including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using SAP HCM Payroll.
