Must have skills : Agile Project Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education Summary :As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to agile principles and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and product owners, to ensure alignment and delivery of business value. Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices, including continuous improvement, transparency, and customer focus. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Good To Have Skills:Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello. Experience leading and managing agile projects, including facilitating agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
