You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and integrated effectively. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business requirements, designing and developing applications, and configuring them to meet the specific needs of the organization. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development and integration process. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. Integrate applications effectively to ensure seamless functionality. Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Configure applications to meet the specific needs of the organization. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development and integration process. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application development and integration processes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. Strong understanding of application development principles and practices. Experience in designing and developing applications based on business requirements. Knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices. Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday HCM and other Workday modules. Knowledge of Workday security and access controls. Experience with Workday reporting and analytics. Understanding of Workday business processes and workflows. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
