Your typical day will involve working with Workday US Payroll, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, build, and configure Workday US Payroll applications to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user guides. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday US Payroll applications, including investigating and resolving issues and defects. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Workday US Payroll. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Workday HCM, Workday Integrations, and Workday Security. Solid understanding of Workday US Payroll business processes and configuration. Experience in developing and maintaining Workday US Payroll reports and integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday US Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
