You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications, as well as collaborating with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves designing and implementing application features, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and actively participating in team discussions to contribute to the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Design and implement application features based on business requirements. Troubleshoot and debug issues in the applications. Collaborate with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. Ensure the functionality and efficiency of the applications. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle. Hands-on experience with web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of version control systems like Git or SVN. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
