Summary:We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Oracle HCM Fast Formula Consultant to join our Oracle practice . The ideal candidate will lead and deliver Fast Formula development across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, manage a team of consultants, and collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and support.This is a leadership-oriented technical role that requires both deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula and strong stakeholder management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Own the design, development, and delivery of Fast Formulas for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including:oAbsence ManagementoPayrolloBenefitsoEligibility ProfilesoCompensation

Lead a team of developers and support consultants working on HCM technical components.

Work closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders to translate business rules into Fast Formula logic.

Oversee quality assurance of technical deliverables and ensure alignment with project timelines.

Support solution architecture discussions and provide guidance on best practices for formula development and optimization.

Collaborate on data integration requirements using HDL, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports.

Provide technical leadership during testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hypercare phases.

Mentor junior team members and support skill development initiatives within the team.Professional & Technical

Skills:

710 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with 4+ years of hands-on Fast Formula development experience.

Proven expertise in modules such as:oAbsence ManagementoGlobal PayrolloBenefitsoCompensation

Strong experience with:oHCM Data Loader (HDL)oHCM ExtractsoBI Publisher (BIP) Reports

Excellent understanding of Oracle HCM data model and business processes

Experience in solutioning and effort estimation for HCM technical components.

Ability to handle client interactions independently and lead a team in a global delivery model.

Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Certification.

Experience in Agile/DevOps delivery models.

Experience in presales, proposal creation, or client presentations.
Additional Information:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

Master's degree or MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualification15 years full time education
