Summary:The HR Data Quality Consultant is responsible for establishing and maintaining a high standard of HR data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems. This role will lead the development of a centralized HR Data Dictionary, data cataloging practices, and PII sensitivity classifications. The consultant will define and enforce HR data governance structures, ensuring data compliance, quality monitoring, and stewardship across global HR systems such as SAP, BetterPlace etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Data Dictionary & Catalogingo Develop and maintain an enterprise HR Data Dictionary including data definitions, lineage, and ownership.o Implement HR data cataloging and metadata management practices.o Collaborate with HRIS and IT to ensure data documentation is up-to-date and accessible.- PII Sensitivity & Data Classificationo Classify HR data assets based on sensitivity, regulatory risk, and business impact.o Define policies for handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and ensure role-based access control.o Partner with InfoSec to enforce data encryption, masking, and secure data sharing Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in HR Analytics.- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.- Experience with data visualization tools to present findings effectively.- Ability to design and implement HR metrics and dashboards.- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques to support decision-making.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in HR Analytics.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
