You will play a crucial role in developing solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Develop and implement ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR) applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications. Provide technical support and guidance to team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). Strong understanding of IT service management processes. Experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for customization. Hands-on experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
