You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Develop and maintain applications using ServiceNow IT Business Management platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application functionality. Implement best practices for application development and adhere to coding standards. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Business Management. Strong understanding of IT service management processes. Experience in developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for ServiceNow development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Business Management. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
