Must have skills : Service Desk Management Good to have skills : Amazon Web Services (AWS)Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and system performance. Your role will also include documenting processes and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of service desk processes and procedures.- Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).- Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution techniques.- Experience with ticketing systems and service desk software.- Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve service delivery. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
