Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience, while also mentoring junior team members to foster their growth and development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Oversee the application development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
