You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and improve efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Design and develop applications using Workday Core HCM. Configure and customize applications to meet specific business requirements. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Workday Core HCM. Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday Benefits. Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionalities and modules. Experience in designing and implementing Workday Core HCM solutions. Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy best practices. Familiarity with Workday integration tools and techniques. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Workday Core HCM. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
