Mandatory to have Mandatory Skill Related certification 15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing business needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with organizational goals, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a balance of creativity and analytical thinking to deliver effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and document application specifications to ensure clarity and alignment. - Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure application functionality meets business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security. - Experience with application design and development methodologies. - Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices in Workday. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration processes and data management within Workday. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Mandatory Skill Related certification is required., Mandatory to have Mandatory Skill Related certification 15 years full time education
