Must have skills : Workday Core Integrations Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationWorkday core integration experience is mandatory Summary :As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional designs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.- Design and develop applications based on business process requirements.- Implement and test application integrations.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday core integration experience is mandatory.- Strong understanding of integration principles and methodologies.- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.- Knowledge of data mapping and transformation techniques.- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio or EIBs. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
