Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into functional designs, ensuring seamless application integration and user experience enhancements. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements. Design and develop applications that align with business processes and application requirements. Implement best practices for application design and integration. Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure application functionality and user experience. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices. Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in ServiceNow. Hands-on experience in customizing ServiceNow applications. Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITSM tools integration. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
