Project Role : Application Designer Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Good to have skills : NAMinimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into application designs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.- Design and develop applications based on business process requirements.- Implement best practices for ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application in CMDB management.- Experience in integrating CMDB with other ITSM modules.- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform customization and configuration.- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and AngularJS. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
