Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into functional application designs. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Design and develop applications that align with business processes. Implement best practices for application design and development. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of applications. Provide technical support and guidance to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Strong understanding of IT operations management principles. Experience in designing and implementing IT service management solutions. Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform customization. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. Qualifications NA
