A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to identify automation opportunities, designing and implementing automation solutions, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will engage in discussions to influence key decisions and provide expert advice, ensuring that automation initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices in automation.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions, making adjustments as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance.- Experience with automation frameworks and tools.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
