Your primary responsibilities include: As an Sterling OMS Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging user experiences for our customers* Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to translate AI concepts into actionable product features. Ensure alignment across teams to deliver AI-driven solutions on time and within scope. Market Research & Competitive AnalysisConduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor offerings. Use insights to refine AI product strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Customer EngagementEngage with customers to understand their pain points and requirements related to AI-driven functionalities in Order Management Systems. Use feedback to inform product development and prioritize AI features that deliver the most value Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Should have minimum work experience of 10-12 years 5+ years’ experience in Order Management either as a practitioner or in technology deployment Experience in performance testing of IBM Sterling OMS (on Prem /SaaS) Experience in performance tuning of IBM Sterling OMS covering but not limited to Application properties setup for performance Preferred technical and professional experience Experience as a OMS user, administrator, or application developer Experience with cloud-based solutions and hybrid topologies is a plus Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies
