Job Description

As a Trainer - Quality & Process at RentoMojo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our warehouse staff maintains the highest standards of quality and service while adhering to all company processes. Your responsibilities and ownership will include: - Managing the training program in all cities, working with helpers/drivers, executives, and managers through various methods such as classroom training, online video viewing, and handbook reading. - Acting as a subject matter expert for the appliance category and designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs on warehouse processes, quality control procedures, and policies. - Conducting regular training sessions to equip warehouse staff with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective duty performance. - Coaching and mentoring warehouse staff on best practices for quality control, inventory management, and order fulfillment. - Identifying areas for improvement in quality and process efficiency within warehouse operations. - Developing and implementing new processes to optimize warehouse operations and maintain quality standards. - Collaborating with other teams to address quality control issues, tracking and measuring the effectiveness of training programs, and making necessary adjustments. - Supporting continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices, and preparing/maintaining documentation related to training programs and quality control procedures. - Staying up-to-date on industry best practices related to warehouse operations and quality management. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in after-sales service. - Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, strong understanding of warehouse processes, quality control procedures, and after-sales service trainings. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/G Suite. - A passion for quality and continuous improvement, technical background in after-sales services of appliances is a plus.
