Job Description

We are hiring a MAC Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical assistance for macOS systems and Apple devices. The candidate will be responsible for system configuration, user support, troubleshooting, and coordination with the IT team for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hardware and software support for macOS and Apple devices.
Troubleshoot issues related to network, applications, and peripherals.
Manage system installation, updates, and performance optimization.
Support users in resolving technical queries efficiently.
Maintain documentation of all IT service activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

2–4 years of experience in MAC / Apple device support.
Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, and related applications.
Familiarity with MDM tools and device configuration.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Apple Certified Support Professional (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
