Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Appian professional with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Appian Application Architecture, software life cycle development methodologies, and implementing BPM solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop Appian applications using Agile methodologies.
Implement Appian patterns and integrations to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Appian applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian application performance and functionality.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Appian Tool, Appian patterns, and Appian integrations.
Experience with Agile methodologies and software life cycle development.
Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills: Appian Application Architecture, software life cycle development methodologies, with a focus on Agile, Appian Tool, Appian patterns and Appian integrations, implementing BPM solutions.
Experience: 4-6 years, 3+ years of Appian development experience.
Notice Period: 0-30 days.
Specific domain/industry- BFSI, Commercial Real Estate, Private Equity, Hedge Fund domain.
