Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appian developers to join our team in
Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development and be capable of leading projects and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of Appian-based applications.
Ensure best practices in low code/no code architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Appian development.
Strong understanding of low code/no code architecture.
Proven experience in leading development projects.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Appian features and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Appian certification is a plus.
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
