Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an App Team Lead, located in Pune. The App Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the development of software and mobile applications, ensuring best practices in coding, and coordinating between different departments. They will also be involved in project planning, managing timelines, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership and management
• Proficient in software development and mobile app development
• Strong knowledge in coding best practices and software engineering principles
• Ability to plan and manage projects effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
