Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute new ideas and improvements. 💡 Requirements For Freshers: Basic understanding of programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, React Native, or similar). Knowledge of app development concepts, APIs, and databases. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong problem-solving mindset and creativity. For Experienced Developers: Proven experience in mobile app development with a portfolio of published apps. Strong knowledge of frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Native Android/iOS. Ability to integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and payment gateways. Experience with app deployment on Google Play Store / Apple App Store. Strong debugging and optimisation skills. Ability to mentor juniors and contribute to team growth.
