Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Bash, and SQL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey

complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing

challenges.

• Presentation: Strong presentation skills, with experience delivering technical

demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced APM (Application Performance Management) Presales Specialist to join our team. The

ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in APM solutions, coupled with excellent communication and problem solving skills. You will play a key role in supporting our sales teams by providing technical expertise, managing Proof of Concept

(POC) projects, and addressing the unique challenges faced by various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to client support requests.
• Provide technical support to sales teams during the pre-sales process, including conducting product demonstrations and

presentations.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and map them to our APM solutions.
• Manage and execute POC projects to showcase the capabilities of APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Docker, and

Kubernetes.

• Develop and deliver customized technical presentations and proposals that address customer needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert in APM solutions, providing insights and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to APM.
• Engage in proactive problem-solving to address customer challenges and ensure successful implementation of APM solutions.
