About the job
Reporting to API Platform Product Owner team, you guide clients in the API Platformend to end, support architecture, design, setup, and management of the platform on-premises and cloud providers such as Azure, AWS and Tencent responsible for designing, developing, implementing, managing and securing APIs and support business project in them API Journey assessing the opportunities and simplifying the current architectures. To successfully accomplish this task, you work in close collaboration with program and project leaders, engineers, external, solution architects, partners, and relevant business stakeholders leveraging our API products.
What you will be doing:
oAPI Platform expert has the primary responsibility of manage the API Platform from scratch and contribute to set of services and associated technologies across the Digital towers organization, as well as following the related application portfolio roadmap.
oSupport and troubleshoot technical issues under stress context to fix unexpected downtimes and maximize uptime KPI
oAPI platform maintenance: troubleshooting, engaging with technology provider, customization.
oEnsures quality and timely delivery of service to consumers
oAPI First mindset to support Business to monetize it.
oParticipate in developing cross-functional Digital towers strategy, and lead definition and implementation of high-performance application services and solutions such as, architecture, processes, and best practices.
oAccountable for the performance, quality, security, efficiency, compliance aligned with legal and regulatory constraints, and consistent delivery of their services.
oEnsure that the technology strategy of the Digital Tech organization has been aligned with the short-term and long-term business strategies.
oTrack functionality and technology roadmaps of primary IT vendors and partners in their areas to build the product roadmap.
oFacilitate the transfer of knowhow, experiences, and good practices within the Operational team.
oSupport the customers success with the onboarding, maintenance and decommission of new and existing API's
oMaintain the customers relationship and be the focal point for product service, technical and architectural guidance.
oEnd to end delivery of API services (design, engineering, deployment, and operations including KPIs)
oProvide the technical supervision and guidance for API Security, Capacity and Lifecycle management of the API management product
oProvide input into annual and long-range or strategic planning exercise
About You:
Experience
o9+ years professional experience in API Platform expert in hybrid platforms and multi cloud
oDemonstrated understanding of modern User & Access Management
oDeep knowledge of networking concepts and implementation
oDeep understanding of a microservices architecture with demonstrable experience in the design, build, and operations of microservices in a production environment using container technology (Docker)
oDemonstrated understanding in formulating strategies, implement end to end service with the lifecycle of the products,
oAbility to evaluate risk and communicate it in a fact-based manner
oProficient in-service management and AGILE framework/tools
oPreferable experience in Pharmaceutical
oStrong communication and problem-solving skills
oExperience with ServiceNow or any other incident management tool is highly desirable.

oProven ability to lead and work independently in multi-cultural and cross-functional environment
oStrong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
oProven ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive decisions that lead to positive outcomes.
oProven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels (as well as external vendors and service providers) to ensure that segregation and overlapping roles are identified and coordinated.
oStrong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
